The Role and Responsibilities

The Senior IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting assistance across our UK & Europe locations, covering hardware, software, and other business-critical systems. In addition to resolving complex IT issues, the role involves supporting a variety of day-to-day operational needs - including meeting room technology, AV setups, and collaboration tools - ensuring seamless user experiences and minimal disruption. Success in this position requires close collaboration with team members and stakeholders to maintain business continuity and drive user satisfaction.

Specific duties will include:

  • Act as a key escalation point for 2nd line technical issues, delivering responsive and knowledgeable support to end-users across desktop, laptop, and peripheral environments
  • Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and operational tasks via the IT ticketing system, maintaining high closure rates and strong customer satisfaction
  • Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of end-user hardware, software, and mobile devices, ensuring secure and efficient day-to-day operations
  • Stay current with relevant technology trends and tools to continually enhance support capabilities and contribute to a forward-looking IT environment

The Requirements

You should have experience in IT support roles including time in a senior or lead capacity with qualifications in ITIL Foundation certification, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent networking certification and proficiency in cloud-based technologies and platforms such as Azure, AWS, or similar. You should be able to communicate effectively at all levels and be able to convey technical information to non-technical users.

Specific experience should include:

  • Proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex hardware, software, and operating system issues, including Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise
  • Experience supporting and managing devices using Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and common hardware configurations
  • Strong working knowledge of ITSM tools and ITIL-based processes, particularly incident, request, and change management
