Senior IQA Lead - Health & Social Care (Home-Based)

Gap Personnel is seeking an Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) to support the Health & Social Care team. The role is home-based with travel across North Wales, offering a full-time, permanent position and a salary of £31,000-£35,000 per annum.

As IQA you will lead a team of Assessors, drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance with awarding organisations and regulatory requirements, and support assessors to achieve excellent learner outcomes across apprenticeship programmes.
