Senior IP & Tech Transactions Partner

G2legal client is seeking a Senior Associate/Partner-level Solicitor to join its specialist IP team. The role focuses on non-contentious commercial IP work, advising on complex IT and technology contracts, licensing and SaaS arrangements, and related commercial agreements.

The ideal candidate has approximately 4-8+ years' PQE and a track record in IP-driven transactions and client advisory work. Salary: From £88,000+, depending on experience.
