Senior Investment Data Specialist - Fixed Income
Location: London (Hybrid)
Employment: Permanent

A global investment organisation is hiring a Senior Investment Data Specialist to support Fixed Income investment teams across complex, multi-asset portfolios.

This role sits within a high-visibility investment services function and plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and availability of investment and fund data used by portfolio managers and senior stakeholders globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the escalation point for complex investment data issues

  • Maintain and improve data integrity across Fixed Income portfolios

  • Set up and maintain issuer bond data using Aladdin and Bloomberg

  • Use Python and SQL to automate controls, reporting, and data checks

  • Partner with global teams across EMEA, US, and APAC

  • Support operational risk management and incident resolution

  • Contribute to process improvement and strategic data initiatives

  • Mentor junior team members


Required Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with Aladdin and Bloomberg

  • Solid understanding of global Fixed Income markets

  • Python and SQL used in a real operational or investment environment

  • Background in investment data, fund operations, or Middle Office

  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines and ambiguity
