Role Overview

Concerts by Candlelight is seeking a senior, internationally experienced Producer to drive our global expansion through co-pro, licensing, and guaranteed touring models. This role is not about selling tickets. It is about leveraging industry relationships to place our productions with established international promoters, festivals, venues, and production companies - securing guarantees, minimums, or profit share structures where the local partner assumes box office risk. You will be trusted with significant autonomy. The right person will already know the people we need to be talking to, and who to avoid.

Kinda Dusty Ltd is a global producer of concerts and live theatre productions, producing over 650 performances each year. We are an ever growing company that has built a reputation for producing world class entertainment both in the UK and internationally. Our shows play at concert halls, cathedrals and number one theatres across the globe, reaching up to 15,000 patrons per week.

To date, Kinda Dusty have produced over 2000 concerts with their 'Concerts by Candlelight' series. These include; the first ever live rock concert at St Paul's Cathedral, 4 tours of Australia and New Zealand, performances at the Coca-Cola Arena- Dubai and The Etihad Arena- Abu Dhabi, a sellout concert at Carnegie Hall-New York and several performances in London's West End including a recent sell out at The London Palladium.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will originate, negotiate, and close international touring and co-pro deals across territories including (but not limited to) Europe, Asia, North America, Australia and the Middle East.
• You will identify and secure reliable, financially sound local partners and promoters with a proven track record of delivering tours, settling accounts on time, and operating professionally.
• You will structure and negotiate commercial terms including guarantees, splits, fees, touring models, licensing arrangements, and production responsibilities.
• You will manage relationships end to end: from first conversation, through contracting, advance planning, delivery, settlement, and long term repeat touring.
• You will work closely with our internal production, programming and finance teams to ensure deals are viable, scalable, and operationally smooth, and then to evaluate the financial success or failure of international ventures.
• You will be a key voice in international strategy, advising directors on where to invest, where to pause, and where to exit.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience producing or securing international tours via co-pros, promoter deals or guaranteed models.
• A strong existing network of international promoters, producers, festivals, venue operators and touring partners - with prior working relationships.
• Demonstrable experience negotiating and closing commercial touring deals
• A clear understanding of international touring risk, settlement, tax, visa requirements, contracting and local market dynamics.
• Highly commercially minded, confident negotiating at a senior level, whilst protecting the company's interests.
