Senior Internal Compliance & Risk Solicitor (Negligence)

Trades Workforce Solutions in Lincoln is seeking an Internal Compliance and Risk Solicitor to play a senior, high-impact role advising on professional negligence, complex complaints and wider legal risk. You will work closely with the COLP and leadership to influence governance and client care across the firm.

You will investigate issues, assess liability and exposure, liaise with insurers and external counsel, and help shape how the firm prevents problems and improves the client experience.
