Senior Insights & Strategy Lead

Speedy Hire in Haydock is seeking an experienced Senior Insight Manager to lead the Insight function and translate market, customer and operational data into clear, commercially-focused recommendations.

You will deputise for the Head of Insight, manage the Insights Data Analyst and work with Commercial, Operations, Finance and Sales to inform growth, investment and capital allocation decisions. The role includes developing forecasting frameworks and representing the function at senior forums.
