Reporting to the Head of Strategic Play Innovation, this role combines strategic thinking with creative vision to unlock new opportunities for both consumers and the business. Success in this role requires a strong strategic approach, a bias for business impact, a passion for innovation and new consumer value, and the ability to communicate ideas clearly and convincingly. Significant experience in connecting consumer insights with business opportunities.Experience in product development or creative design.
