This position sits in our Marketing & Technology service based in London. We combine data, technology, creative content, and paid media to crack brands' business problems and drive revenue through a variety of digital marketing solutions like ad campaigns, augmented reality, and chatbots. Our clients include JustEat Takeaway, The Macallan, easyJet, TikTok, and eBay.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Campaign Delivery: Utilize expertise to ensure seamless, high impact influencer campaign delivery; track and optimise campaigns for strong client returns.
- Client Roadmap Development: Strategically shape and evolve the client roadmap, nurturing long term relationships while identifying reactive opportunities.
- Senior Client Relationships: Own and deepen senior client relationships, acting as a key escalation point and providing regular engagement to support Client Service & Creative teams in account growth strategies.
- Collaboration: Partner with Creative & Paid Social teams to maximise campaign performance and champion the influencer product across business functions.
- Process Implementation: Develop, implement, and refine guidelines and resource planning to enhance operational efficiency where necessary; collaborate with leadership to address team challenges as they arise.
- SOW Management: Support wider teams to define accurate, profitable Statements of Work.
- Team Development: Support and develop direct reports (3), fostering a positive and productive team environment.
- Market Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, encompassing different platforms, influencer tiers, content formats, and ROI measurement.
- Data Analysis Expertise: Conduct thorough data analysis to evaluate campaign performance and drive strategic decisions, ensuring insights are effectively communicated and leveraged for future initiatives.
- Reporting Proficiency: Strong reporting skills focused on influencer metrics, providing actionable insights that inform clients and elevate campaign success.
- 3+ years of influencer campaign execution and proven experience managing at least 2 direct reports.
- Agency experience is essential for this role.
- Demonstrable track record of creating and implementing high performing influencer marketing campaigns.
- Ability to understand and leverage collaboration opportunities with other business lines.
- A natural problem solver with a proactive approach to client solutions.
- Confident, dynamic, and engaging communicator who prioritises quality work and a positive work environment.
- Passionate about developing influencer team knowledge.
- Immediate start availability is highly preferred.
