Senior Industrial Relations Strategy Lead (UK)

Hitachi Rail is seeking a Senior Industrial Relations Manager in the UK to shape employee and trade union relations across the business. You will partner with senior leaders, HR teams and unions to build constructive relationships that support performance and engagement.
