Senior Industrial Relations & Union Strategy Lead

WM Trains is seeking a Head of Industrial Relations to manage industrial, employee, and trade union relations. This permanent full-time role is based at the Head Office in Birmingham and reports to Stacey Hinge.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in unionised environments, effectively shaping the Industrial Relations strategy and providing necessary advice to support organizational policies and practices.
