Senior In-House Counsel - Corporate & Commercial

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to cover corporate and commercial work for the UK and Irish business. The role requires at least five years PQE as a qualified lawyer in England & Wales, with strong negotiation and drafting skills across commercial terms and procurement.

You will advise on risks, support complex contracts, and train staff on legal and contractual issues, while collaborating with internal teams and external counsel as needed.
