Senior In-House Counsel - Contracts, Compliance & Risk

Clyde & Co is seeking an in-house Lawyer - Legal & Regulatory Counsel to join our Legal & Regulatory Team. The role focuses on reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and advising on regulatory, data protection and information security matters across the firm.

You will work with stakeholders, help implement policies, and contribute to training and governance forums, ensuring compliance and risk management across fee-earning activities.
