Senior HSW Manager - Highways Safety, Wellbeing & Impact

Balfour Beatty plc is seeking a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager to join the Highways Connect Plus Services team. The role covers multiple M25 sites with optional Blunts Farm/Dartford/Leatherhead locations and a company car provided.

You will develop, implement and monitor HSW processes to manage risks for people, supply chain partners and communities. Ideal candidate will lead a team of HSW advisors, oversee standards, and drive training and incident investigations.
