Senior HSE Manager - Global Safety & Compliance

Vestas seeks a senior HSE Manager to lead sub-regional delivery, aligning with the Regional Capacity Plan and ensuring compliance with global standards. You will deploy critical controls across sites, drive assurance inputs, and escalate risks to the Regional Head of HSE.

You will help shape the safety culture, model curious inquiry and continuous improvement, and lead multi-site, multi-project operations across several countries.
