Senior HSE & Data Protection Manager

Wave Active seeks an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance Manager to lead the organisation's H&S strategy, drive regulatory compliance and steward information governance. You will oversee multi-site safety, environmental commitments, and GDPR obligations, delivering improvements and assurance to senior leadership.

The role requires managing audits, risk assessments, training, and reporting to SLT and the Board, with a proactive culture towards zero incidents.
