Senior HRBP: Transformation & Union Expertise

YTL UK is seeking a senior HR business partner to partner with senior leaders across the group, shaping and delivering the people strategy in critical operations.

You'll lead transformation activity, advise on organisational design, workforce planning, capability development and change management, and oversee complex ER matters in safety critical, unionised environments. You will role model, coach, and promote the use of data and AI to improve decision making and service delivery.
