Senior HRBP: Global Supply & Transformation Leader

Reckitt in Slough is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for Global Supply GBS & CSLP. You will shape the people strategy across a highly matrixed, global environment, partnering with senior leadership to drive transformation and organizational effectiveness.

You will lead HR activities for the Global Supply GBS organisation, manage change programs, and ensure governance, stakeholder alignment, and employee engagement across regions and unions where applicable.
