Senior HRBP - Tech & Robotics with Equity

Humanoid is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to partner day-to-day with leaders across Engineering, Hardware, and Software to strengthen manager capability, improve org effectiveness, and build scalable people practices for a deep-tech environment.

You will work closely with our Chief HR, shaping and delivering the people strategy for the technical organisation. This hands-on role combines strategic partnership with operational execution across performance, culture, and retention.
