Senior HR Partner: Strategy, Change & Engagement

Sisk is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR guidance to senior leaders across our multi-site operations in Ireland, Northern Ireland and the UK. You will align workforce strategies with business goals and lead initiatives to enhance engagement, performance and organisational effectiveness.

The role requires regular presence across our offices in Dublin, Belfast and Warrington, with travel to project sites as needed.
