Senior HR Partner - Regional ER & TUPE Lead

Savills plc is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead the North region, delivering commercially focused HR advisory support across a diverse property portfolio. You will manage high-risk employee relations, guide managers through complex cases and drive TUPE and change initiatives.

You will partner with senior leaders, provide governance on HR matters, and coach line managers to build organisational capability while maintaining compliance with UK employment law.
