Humanoid in the UK is seeking a Senior HR Operations Manager to own end-to-end HR operations, from onboarding and offboarding to contracts and HRIS administration, helping us scale rapidly.

You'll partner with Payroll, Finance, Legal and HR Business Partners to ensure accurate monthly payroll inputs, compliant policies, and a seamless employee lifecycle, while driving automation and process improvements. This is a high-impact role at an ambitious robotics company.
