Senior HR Operations & Employee Relations Leader

The King's School, Canterbury is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR Operations team and deliver an outstanding HR service to over 1,000 employees across the School.

Reporting to the Director of HR, you will guide a team of HR professionals as a trusted business partner to senior leaders, with a hands-on remit covering operational HR delivery, employee relations, policy development and change management.
