Senior HR Manager: People Strategy & Compliance

Hollybank Trustees Ltd is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the human resources function in Ireland and the UK. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in senior HR roles and will be responsible for shaping people strategy and managing performance frameworks while ensuring compliance with Irish employment laws.
