Job Description

Our client is offering a high-impact role for an experienced HR professional who enjoys balancing strategy, operational delivery, and people leadership- a great opportunity to influence culture, leadership capability, and organisational effectiveness at a senior level!

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Lead and develop the HR team, ensuring consistent, high-quality HR delivery across the employee lifecycle.
  • Drive alignment of HR standards, policies, and practices across jurisdictions, balancing local legislation with best practice.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex employee relations and people risk matters.
  • Provide expert advice and coaching to leaders on performance, conduct, absence, change, and employment legislation.
  • Oversee recruitment, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management activity.
  • Lead organisational change initiatives, including consultation processes and structural reviews.
  • Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, DEI initiatives, and the employee value proposition.
  • Oversee appraisal, performance management, and learning and development frameworks.
  • Govern reward processes, including salary reviews, bonuses, and benchmarking activity.
  • Ensure HR policies, systems, and data remain compliant, accurate, and audit-ready.
  • Manage HR reporting, workforce data, and payroll instructions.
  • Support internal and external audits and regulatory reviews as required.
Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be an MCIPD-qualified HR professional with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a broad, generalist HR role within a fast-paced commercial environment. You will be confident advising senior leaders, managing complex people issues, and leading HR teams across multiple jurisdictions. This role suits someone who is credible, pragmatic, and comfortable balancing commercial priorities, risk, and employee experience.
