With multiple awards to our name, Larian Studios has proven that we're dedicated to delivering high-quality role-playing games As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur's Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join the team and support us in crafting the high calibre games our fans have come to expect.

Senior HR Generalist Requirements
  • Policy Development: Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and initiatives aligned with Larian's environment, goals, and ethos. Ensure policies are communicated effectively to employees and applied consistently across the organisation.
  • HR Systems: Develop and implement HR systems and procedures across the organisation.
  • HR Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records, update HR databases, and generate reports related to employee demographics, turnover, and other HR metrics to support business decision-making.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding workplace issues, grievances, and conflict resolution. Help ensure a positive work environment and address any concerns or disputes that arise.
  • Benefits and Compensation: Assist in conducting compensation and benefits analyses and make recommendations for adjustments.
  • Employee Life Cycle: Manage the employee experience throughout the employee life cycle.
  • Performance Management: Assist in implementing and managing performance appraisal systems, ensuring strategies and processes remain aligned with the company's talent management and workforce plans to enhance engagement and support business growth.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labour laws, employment regulations, and company policies. Stay up to date with changes in labour legislation and make necessary updates to HR practices and policies.
  • Training: Assess training needs and apply and monitor training programmes.
  • HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects, including organisational restructuring, process improvements, and HR software implementations.
Requirements
  • Proven working experience as an HR Generalist
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • Up-to-date understanding of current pay rates, benefits, and industry trends
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, collaboration, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Experience working in fast-growing companies and creative industries
  • Demonstrable ability to own, execute, and deliver on short- and long-term projects.
  • This is a full-time, on-site role, requiring your presence in the office to support collaboration
