Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the HR team of one of London's leading media agencies as a senior HR co-ordinator. Excellent, progressive working culture. They are looking for an experienced HR generalist with at least 18 months' exposure to HR and ready for the next step in their career.

You will be working with a talented, collaborative and intelligent team of colleagues and providing a wide range of generalist HR support. Duties will include

  • Updating and carrying out new starter and induction processes
  • maintaining HR records and managing databases
  • assisting with setting up and running appraisals
  • liaising throughout the agency and handling HR queries
  • assisting with recruitment processes; including placing adverts, collating CVs and organising interviews

This is a great chance to build HR skills and experience and would suit someone with

- solid HR experience (ideally in the creative industries)

- an interest in a long-term career in HR

- curiosity about learning more about the media, marketing and communications industry

- excellent attention to detail and superb verbal and written communications skills together with an outgoing, proactive and intelligent approach
