Senior HR Business Partner (Manufacturing) - Car Allowance

Hays HR is supporting a long-established manufacturing group in recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner. The role spans 2/3 sites and reports to the Head of HR, shaping the people strategy, driving change and ensuring compliance across a high-paced environment.

You'll partner with managers and directors, lead complex employee relations, workforce planning and talent initiatives, while developing policies, reporting and HR technology to maximise people insights and business performance.
