Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Shape and deliver the people agenda across UK operations
- Driving organisational performance and strengthening culture
- Enable teams to thrive and support integration across Canada, USA and UK
- Influence strategy and accelerate organisational development
- Extensive experience operating at HRBP level in complex, technical or multi site environments, ideally within defence, engineering or manufacturing.
- CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience; Chartered CIPD (MCIPD/Chartered MCIPD) desirable and/or coaching qualifications (ILM, EMCC, ICF) are an advantage.
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law with proven experience managing complex employee relations matters and advising senior leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to shape culture, lead organisational change, and implement performance and development frameworks.
- Excellent communication, coaching and relationship building skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience developing HR policies, leading recruitment and retention strategies, and using HR data to inform decisions.
- Ability to obtain and maintain BPSS or SC clearance.
- Comfortable working across UK sites and internationally, with occasional travel required.
