Job Description
Responsibilities

  • Influence strategy and accelerate organisational development
Requirements
  • Extensive experience operating at HRBP level in complex, technical or multi site environments, ideally within defence, engineering or manufacturing.
  • CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience; Chartered CIPD (MCIPD/Chartered MCIPD) desirable and/or coaching qualifications (ILM, EMCC, ICF) are an advantage.
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law with proven experience managing complex employee relations matters and advising senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to shape culture, lead organisational change, and implement performance and development frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, coaching and relationship building skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience developing HR policies, leading recruitment and retention strategies, and using HR data to inform decisions.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain BPSS or SC clearance.
  • Comfortable working across UK sites and internationally, with occasional travel required.
