Senior HRBP

Shercock, Co. Cavan Full Time Permanent

We're looking for a strategic Senior HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders, lead our HRBP team, and drive organisational performance in a fast paced manufacturing/FMCG environment.

What You'll Do
  • Lead HR partnership across culture, performance, and organisational effectiveness.
  • Coach and develop a high performing HRBP team.
  • Own the Employee Relations (ER) strategy and manage complex ER issues/WRC matters.
  • Deliver workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Lead change initiatives and support engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion.
  • Use HR data, analytics and insights to shape people plans and influence senior stakeholders.
What You'll Bring
  • 7+ years' HR experience, ideally in manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environments.
  • Strong employment law, ER, and change management expertise.
  • Experience leading HRBPs and partnering at senior level.
  • Strong commercial acumen, judgement, and data driven decision making.
  • HR qualification; CIPD desirable.
