Senior HR Business Partner - Public Sector Change & Talent

St. Michael's House in Ireland is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (Full Time, Permanent) to support the Director of HR in building a high-quality HR function, driving workforce planning, recruitment and employee relations across the organisation serving people with intellectual disabilities.

The role requires senior HR leadership experience, strong change management and public sector exposure, with a track record of managing an HR team and delivering policy development and HR metrics.
