Broughton Group is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Advisor/HR Operations Advisor in Wolverhampton. This permanent, full-time role supports approximately 120 employees in a hands-on capacity within a specialist manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and resolving HR-related issues. A salary up to £45,000 DOE is offered for the right candidate.
