Senior HR & Learning & Development Leader

Lancashire Renewables Ltd is seeking an experienced HR & Learning & Development Manager to join the Senior Leadership Team. The role focuses on strategic people initiatives while remaining hands-on at board and site levels across two waste facilities in Leyland and Thornton.

You will lead HR and Learning & Development, strengthen leadership capability, and drive a high-performing culture. Excellent stakeholder engagement is essential.
