Senior HR Advisor: Lead Change & People Strategy

Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council is seeking a Senior People Advisor to shape and support our workforce through significant organisational change as Local Government Reorganisation progresses.

Reporting to the People Business Manager, you will lead a small team delivering professional HR advice across the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, performance, and planning, while driving a proactive People strategy and policy implementation.
