Senior HR Advisor & People Partner (UK Travel)

KERV Capital seeks a Group HR Advisor / Generalist to advise and support the business on all aspects of people management across the Group. This standalone role partners with senior leaders to build capability and promote compliant HR practices.

You will manage employee relations, develop HR policies, deliver training, and monitor legislative changes while maintaining confidential employee records and contributing to a positive employee experience across multiple offices, with travel between
