Senior HR Advisor - ER & Change Lead (UK/Portugal)

BCA Group is seeking a Senior HR Advisor (Group Support Functions) to deliver excellent HR services across the UK and Portugal. The role supports a large, geographically dispersed function and collaborates with HR Shared Services and COE teams.

You'll work with senior leaders to drive best people practices, manage employee relations, and help with reorganisations and workforce change while navigating ambiguity in a growth-focused environment.
