Senior HR Advisor - Employee Experience & Culture

Cofton Country Holidays Ltd. is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join the People Team on a full-time onsite basis.

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will provide a professional HR service across the business, supporting managers and fostering employee engagement in a busy holiday park environment. You will handle ER matters, recruitment, payroll liaison, policies, reporting, and training programmes while promoting our values and culture.
