Senior HR Advisor - Culture, Talent & ER (Logistics)

GXO is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to lead people initiatives at the Sherburn-in-Elmet operation. This full-time, permanent role runs Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00, supporting a large 24/7 workforce with leadership collaboration to deliver the site People Plan.

You will influence culture, structure and processes to drive performance and compliance. The ideal candidate will have UK employment law knowledge, experience in employee relations, and CIPD Level 5 or above.
