Senior HR Advisor - Change & Transformation Leader

Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council is seeking a Senior People Advisor to support the workforce through significant organisational change and LGR. You will provide professional HR advice, lead a small People team and act as a trusted advisor to managers on a wide range of employment matters.

You will drive people-focused initiatives, influence policy implementation, and contribute to workforce planning, wellbeing and inclusion while maintaining high service levels during transitions.
