The successful candidate will deliver high quality, comprehensive and effective HR support, acting as a confident first point of contact for customers and colleagues and providing clear, well reasoned recommendations that enable managers to proactively manage their teams and sustain strong performance.

They will constructively challenge, influence and guide managers to follow fair, lawful and best practice approaches to people issues, helping to minimise employee relations risks and potential claims. They will work collaboratively across the HR function, supporting colleagues with casework and project delivery to agreed standards and deadlines, ensuring a consistent, professional and solutions focused HR service.
