Senior Housing Standards & HMO Enforcement Lead

The London Borough of Hounslow invites applications for Principal Housing Standards Officer to lead the Private Sector Housing Standards Team and the Council's HMO Enforcement Team.

You will manage a small team, tackle unlicensed HMOs, deliver improved standards in private rented housing, and help shape licensing schemes under Renters' Rights reforms. The post reports to the Head of Housing Standards and offers opportunities to develop policy and influence service delivery.
