Senior Housing Solutions Officer: Discharge & Homelessness

Milton Keynes City Council is recruiting a Housing Solutions Officer (Higher) to join the Housing Solutions team. The role focuses on supporting individuals who are homeless or at risk, working across mental health settings and discharge planning to secure suitable accommodation.

You will manage complex cases, develop personalised housing plans and collaborate with health professionals and partner agencies to prevent homelessness and reduce delays in discharge.
