Senior Host/Hostess
Job role of Senior Host/Hostess:
Duck and Waffle is now looking for an experienced and dynamic SeniorHost/Hostess to join the very successful team as we continue to grow and enter one of our busiest periods nearLiverpool Street, London.
The SeniorHost/Hostessis responsible for ensuring the prompt recognition and seating of all guests, and assists the servers in providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to guests throughout their dining experience.
Service is always at the forefront soit's essential for you to beexceptionally welcoming, dynamic and very friendly. Our guests choose Duck and Waffle fora memorableexperience, and you will be part of making each experience that extra special.
The ideal candidate for Senior Host/Hostess:

At least 2year of front of house experience in a fast paced hospitality environment and 1 year as Host/hostess.
Availability to work evenings, weekends and most holidays.
Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills.
Answer phones in a prompt manner with appropriate scripting.
Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas.
Exceptional attention to detail
Previous experience working with Quadranet.
Maintain contact with kitchen staff, management, serving staff, and customers to ensure that dining details are handled properly, and customers' concerns are addressed.
Direct guests to coatrooms and waiting areas such as Bar and/or lounge.
Must have a professional and well-groomed appearance, as he/she is the first impression of the restaurant.
Ability to multi-task and follow directions.
Flexibility in scheduling strongly preferred.
