Senior Hospice Operations Leader

Hospice UK is seeking a Senior Operational Leader to oversee hospice clinical services, drive patient flow and capacity planning, and ensure safe delivery of inpatient, therapy and lymphoedema care across sites.

You will lead clinical leaders, oversee workforce planning, budget and service redesign, and act as a visible ambassador for hospice values, with a strong focus on governance, safety and continuous improvement.
