Senior Highways Operations Lead, District-Wide

Omega Resource Group is recruiting an experienced Highways Operations Manager to lead a 60+ frontline team across a West Yorkshire district, delivering highway maintenance, drainage and winter services. This senior role supports frontline public services with statutory duties and budgets.

You will oversee planning, reactive and emergency works, ensure safety compliance under CDM and HSE, manage multi-million-pound assets and liaise with stakeholders, elected members and contractors.
