Senior Highway Project Leader - Delivery & Growth

AtkinsRéalis Transportation PDP is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead major highways delivery across the UK and Ireland. Based in Cardiff or Bristol, the role requires travel two to three days per week and oversight of multidisciplinary teams to meet revenue, profit and cash-flow targets.

You will mentor teams, manage contracts (NEC3/4), ensure safety and governance, and build strong client relationships to win repeat work, with progression towards a Project Director role.
