As a Senior Home Support Worker, you'll combine hands on client care with quality assurance and team support duties, helping clients live independently at home while mentoring colleagues and maintaining the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centred care including personal care, mobility support, meal preparation, medication support and wellbeing checks
  • Conduct spot checks, client reviews, care plan reviews and quality assurance visits
  • Support and mentor Home Support Workers, including onboarding and shadow shifts
  • Assist with risk assessments, compliance monitoring and service improvements
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families and healthcare professionals
