You'll play a key part in leading safety initiatives across a large facility while having the opportunity to further develop your Health and Safety skills.
Responsibilities- Lead the site Health & Safety team and work closely with operational and support functions to maintain compliance with legislation and company safety standards
- Analyse site safety data using internal systems and provide actionable insights to support leadership decision making
- Design and roll out site specific safety training, ergonomic initiatives, and preventive programmes to strengthen the safety culture
- Conduct risk assessments for new equipment and processes, review updates to standard procedures, and maintain current risk documentation
- Champion health and safety across the site, engaging management and colleagues to embed a proactive safety mindset
- Proven experience in a Health & Safety role with clear leadership responsibilities
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent, or an IOSH Diploma in Occupational Safety, or Degree
- Experience managing a team and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, positive approach to health and safety
- Salary of €70,000-€99,000 DOE
- Share scheme, Bonus included ( €55K split across first two years confirmed)
