Senior Health & Safety Manager - UK Construction

STRABAG UK is seeking a highly experienced Health & Safety Manager to support the Build division and deliver safe, compliant projects across the UK. The role is based in Solihull with travel to project offices and sites, demanding leadership to embed a positive safety culture.

You will provide strategic HSW guidance to operations, manage RAMS and Safe Systems of Work, lead investigations, and drive continuous improvement through data analytics and stakeholder collaboration.
