Senior Head of Compliance & MLRO - Regulatory Oversight

Mphasis UK Ltd is seeking a Head of Compliance, Compliance Oversight & Money Laundering Reporting Officer. This leadership role oversees regulatory compliance, AML/CTF frameworks and the Consumer Duty program, with responsibility for SMF16 and SMF17, reporting to the Board.

The role requires extensive FCA-regulated experience, strong policy controls, and the ability to provide independent regulatory challenge while maintaining a strong culture of compliance and integrity across the business.
